What is the payment frequency?

How to make the payment?
Once you are logged into the application, click on your profile picture at top right and then click on 'Subscription' link. On the subscription page, you will see 'Renew' button which will allow you to make the payment using debit card, credit card, net banking and other payment methods.
What if I choose to cancel my subscription?
We offer 14-day free trial to check our product. If, after 14 days, you choose to buy the subscription, you can renew for any duration from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. Although we are sure it will never happen, but if you wish to obtain a refund of your purchase, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds can be granted only for unused no. of months. For e.g., if you have 3 months and 10 days left in subscription, we will refund for 3 months of subscription fee.
What happens when I upgrade my plan?
When you upgrade your plan, you will be required to pay for the difference of price between your existing and new plan, for the number of months remaining in your subscription. Let's take an example. Suppose you have 100 employee limit and 5 months are left in your subscription. If you upgrade from Basic to Professional plan, you will need to pay 100 x 5 x (70-50) = ₹10,000.
