HR Policies

Publish HR Policies for easy access to employees and promote transparent work culture.

To create HR Policy, follow these steps:

  • Go to the HR Management section and click on the HR Policy option.
  • You can see the add policy option.
  • Enter the policy name like company policy, leave lapse policy, sick leave policy etc.
  • Enter the policy text in the text area displayed below.
  • Alternatively, you can also upload a pdf document instead of entering the policy text.

Click 'Save' once done. The policies so saved will be available on Employee Self Service app to all employees.
