Cancellations & Refunds

Please read the following guidelines to understand how cancellations and refunds work for our paid services.

The following policies describe the cancellation and refunds process for digital goods sold through this website. This page does not apply to any physical goods sold by us at any other platform.

Subscriptions

We offer paid subscription to our services which include a free trial for a limited period of time (usually 30 days). After the free trial is over, the paid subscriptions can be renewed to continue using the services.

Renewal Durations

Usually, subscriptions can be renewed for the durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years.

Cancellations

Once you pay for a subscription, you are eligible to use the underlying services for the term of renewal. However, if you wish to cancel the subscription, you may do so by writing to us at connect@runtime.one. While writing to us, please specify your registered e-mail address and phone number that you originally used to signup for the service.

Refund Process

Subscriptions where the remaining service period is less than or equal to 31 days, will not be eligible for any refund.

Subscriptions where the remaining service period is more than 31 days are eligible for a refund. The amount of refund shall be calculated for the number of full months remaining in the service period. If the remaining service period is in fractional months, the amount equivalent to the number of full months shall be refunded. For e.g. if the remaining service period is 3 months and 21 days, a refund for 3 months shall be given.

The refunds are usually paid back to the original source of payment. However, if due to some technical difficulties, we are not able to refund to the original source of payment, our team will reach out to you asking for an alternate method to process the refund. You can provide your bank account details where you would like to receive the refund.

Upon receipt of a cancellation and refund request, our team will confirm you the status of refund within 3 working days. Once the request is accepted and processed, the money will reach in your bank account within 5-7 working days.
